Payment for accommodation, meals and bar purchases are by credit card only (we will keep a running tally of your expenses for payment at the end of your stay). We do not accept cash. For other purchases in the local area, such as locally made jewelry and crafts, cash is the only form of payment.

A laundry service is available - please ask at the office for more information. Please note that the laundry is done by ladies from the village in the traditional way - by hand, and not machine. Your clothes will be dried on the line and returned, folded.

Yasawa Flyer
Yasawa Flyer Ferry is the only ferry which goes up to the Yasawas. Costs F$120.00 for Standard Seats and F$150.00 VIP Captains Lounge per adult, Children aged 0-4 years old FOC, Children aged 5-15 years old half price, Children aged above 15 Years will be full adult fare, one way from Denarau Marina to Nacula. Departs daily at 8:30 am from Denarau Marina. Cruising time 4.5 hours stopping at little budget resorts along the way. Returns at 1:30 pm reaching Denarau Marina at around 5:30 pm. Bookings can be made through us.

Reservations can only be guaranteed once full payment of accommodation, meals and government taxes is received. Payment is accepted by Visa, Master card or American Express cards only.
There are no refunds on confirmed bookings, but credits will be provided for future stays.
All payments received will be credited towards a future stay.
All rates are quoted in Fijian Dollars and calculated per night.

All reservations must include the purchase of meals, even if meals are unused.
The stated prices do not include any services or activities not specifically mentioned as being included, such as scuba dives, boating, fishing trips, other chargeable activities, international airfares, airport taxes, excess luggage charges, massage, personal incidentals, purchases from Oarsman's' Bay Lodge Shop and communication charges.
There is a $ 12 transfers fee collected by the Resort on behalf of
Joe's Water Taxi in respects of transportation from the boat/plane
to the resort and a $ 12 transfer fee back again, which is in addition
to the above rates, and is non commissionable.
All guests will be required to complete a Guest registry form which includes the cancellation policy.
